Vantage Apparel, a midsize manufacturer is the nation’s top source for custom logo apparel, with key end clients including Fortune 500 companies, resorts, golf courses, colleges, and casinos. We’ve been the leading innovator in the promotional apparel industry since 1977, and we are looking to add to our Team a Project Manager / Inside Sales Representative that exemplifies the innovation for which Vantage Apparel is known.
Position Overview
The Project Manager/ Inside Sales Rep will successfully assist Vantages Outside Sales Representative in closing sales after leads are generated from in-person meetings, tradeshows, and product presentations. In addition, a key function of Inside Sales will be proactive business development, generating revenue from an assigned account bases. The Inside Sales team member will be assigned a base of low-spending accounts to connect with and generate leads through various creative methods.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Providing product and merchandising suggestions
- Brainstorming unique decoration options based on the logo
- Creating virtual mockups of how the apparel and logo decoration might look together, and quoting the price to the distributor based on the specific needs of their project
Inside Sales
- Hosting webinars
- Holding virtual meetings
- Creating targeted email campaigns
- Speaking with clients on the phone, and using any other unique way to get in front of clients and educate them about Vantage

Qualifications: |
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to organize and use large amounts of information
- The ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while working independently
- Experience managing projects with aggressive timelines. Problem solving skills, humility and communicating with a strong point of view is a necessity
- Ability to work as a team member and to interact successfully with people at all levels within and outside of the organization in support of larger goals and objectives
- Comfortable with making telephone calls to accomplish objectives, such as having a sales discussion with a client or prospective client
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or one to two years related experience and/or training
- Minimum 1 year experience working in sales support, customer service or sales
- High Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the apparel business and/or the Promotional Products Industry is preferred
