Vantage Apparel, a midsize manufacturer is the nation’s top source for custom logo apparel, with key end clients including Fortune 500 companies, resorts, golf courses, colleges, and casinos. Position Overview
The Biller’s main function is the daily review and invoicing of sales orders. In addition, the Biller is also responsible for the daily review and processing of credit memos, which includes communication with inside departments.
Responsibilities:
- Daily review and invoicing of previous days shipments in a timely and accurate manner
- Review and process credit memos issued by Customer Service and the Returns Department
- Maintain and collect payment for the internal Employee Account
- Assist the Management with processing summary reports as needed by customers, these reports are sent out weekly, semi-monthly and monthly
- Assist the Manager in uploading customer invoices into customer portals
- Ability to batch load daily completed invoices/credits to the Sage (General Ledger)

Qualifications: |
- High School Diploma
- Billing Experience
- Good communication /organization skills
- Proficient in mathematics
REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) – general knowledge
- General Understanding of downloads, uploads and customer portals
